Mikey and Addie

Created with Andy Manley, Mikey and Addie tells the story of a boy who slowly uncovers the truth about his father. Since he was little Mikey has believe his dad is working for NASA. Floating far away on a top secret mission. However, when he runs into the ever practical and truth telling Addie his dreams are shattered. As the two become inextricably linked they go on a search that will end with Mikey knowing the truth and Addie realising that there's more to life than following the rules.
Mikey and Addie was commissioned by the London 2012 Festival. Supported by the Scottish Government's Edinburgh Festivals Expo Fund. It was Directed by Andy Manley, Sound by Danny Krass, Design by Shona Reppe, Lighting by Fred Pommerehn, costume by Alison Brown.
It was first performed in the Imaginate Festival 2012 and toured as part of the London 2012 festival.
